Refund and Return Policy

All coaching services, including one-on-one sessions and coaching packages, are non-refundable.

When you purchase coaching, you are committing to the process and the time set aside for you. Because of the nature of coaching and the access provided, refunds will not be issued once payment has been made.

If you need to reschedule a session, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions missed without notice may be forfeited.

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital products—including courses, downloads, and resources—are final and non-refundable.

You receive immediate access upon purchase, so refunds cannot be provided.

For any multi-session coaching packages or programs (including future group programs or long-term coaching containers):

• Payments are non-refundable 
• If you choose a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all remaining payments 
• Early withdrawal from a program does not release you from your financial commitment 

This protects the integrity of the container and the commitment made on both sides.
