Many women live bound by lies about who they are, lies shaped by pain, shame, trauma, and what others have spoken over them.
For years, I believed I was defined by what had been done to me. Abuse and rejection distorted my sense of identity and my ability to trust God. Freedom felt distant. Healing felt out of reach.
But God had other plans.
Behind Enemy Lies is the story of how God began exposing those lies and showing me what was true.
Through my story, I share the beliefs that had shaped the way I thought and lived, where those beliefs came from, and what began to change as I learned more about the character of God, renewed my mind with truth, and allowed Him to heal places I had carried for years.
Through three defining encounters, I began to understand who God truly is and who I am because of Him. This matters, because you cannot fully know who you are in Christ if you do not know the heart of the Father who created you.
This book is not simply a story about what happened to me.
It is a story about what God can do when the lies we have believed are finally brought into the light.
If you have ever wondered why you can know what is true and still struggle to believe it for yourself, this book will help you begin looking at what may be shaping the way you see yourself, God, and your life.
