This is a space for Christian women who want real change from the inside out.
We look at the thoughts and beliefs shaping the way you respond, bring those places to Jesus, renew your mind with truth, heal what needs healing, and learn healthier ways to live.
Because knowing what's true and actually living from it are not always the same thing.
If you keep second-guessing decisions, trying to get everything just right, putting off what you know you need to do, or wondering why you keep reacting the same way, this is the kind of work we do here.
Mind Renewal · Healing · Truth · God-Confidence
I'm so glad you're here.
I've always been someone who wanted to grow. Give me a book, a class, a journal, or something new to learn and I'm probably all in. I truly wanted to become more of the woman God created me to be. But over time, I began to realize that some of that drive to grow was also coming from a belief that who I was right now still wasn't quite enough.
For years, I thought change mostly meant figuring out what I needed to do differently and then trying harder to do it. Be more disciplined. Stop overthinking. Get more organized. Have more confidence. Make the decision and stick with it already. And while those things can help for a while, I kept learning that changing what I did didn't always change what was driving me to do it in the first place.
What changed things for me was learning to pay attention to what I was thinking and believing in those moments. Why did getting something wrong feel like such a big deal? Why did I feel like I needed to explain myself? Why was it so hard to rest without feeling guilty? Why could I know something was true and still react like I believed the complete opposite?
That began a much deeper journey of bringing those places to Jesus, letting Him heal what needed healing, renewing my mind with truth, and learning how to respond differently instead of just trying harder to control my behavior.
And friend, I still practice this. I still catch myself overcomplicating things, questioning a decision I already made, trying to control an outcome, or putting way too much pressure on myself to get something right. The difference is that now I know how to recognize it, ask better questions, come back to what is true, and choose a healthier response.
That is why I do this work today. I help other Christian women recognize the thoughts, beliefs, wounds, and old ways of thinking that are shaping how they respond so they can bring those places to Jesus, renew their minds, heal, and live more and more from what is actually true.
Freed to Lead was born from that journey.

Freed to Lead exists to help Christian women recognize the lies, limiting beliefs, and old ways of thinking that keep shaping how they live and respond. Freed to Lead envisions women who are healed from the inside out, rooted in their identity in Christ, and growing in deep intimacy with the Father. Women who live with God-confidence in what He has called them to do and are equipped to help others recognize lies, think differently, and walk in greater freedom too.
Do you find yourself second-guessing decisions you already made?
Learn how to recognize the fear, pressure, or belief that makes you question yourself over and over. As you renew your mind with truth and grow in trust, you can make decisions with greater peace and stop feeling like you have to keep going back to make sure you got it right.
Do you feel like everything has to be done just right before you can move forward?
Perfectionism can keep you working harder, taking longer, and putting more pressure on yourself than you need to. Learn how to recognize what you believe will happen if you get something wrong, disappoint someone, or let something be good enough, so you can move forward without carrying all that pressure.
Do you spend so much time thinking, planning, or researching that you have a hard time actually starting?
There comes a point when more information does not make the decision easier. Learn how to recognize what is making one direction feel so risky, renew the beliefs behind that fear, and begin taking the next step without needing to know exactly how everything will turn out.
Do you keep putting off something you know you want or need to do?
Maybe it is writing the book, starting the podcast, creating the devotional, applying for the job, having the conversation, or taking a step you have thought about for a long time. Learn how to recognize the fear, self-doubt, or old belief behind the delay so you can stop waiting to feel completely ready and begin moving forward.
Do you have a hard time resting without thinking about everything you should be doing?
Rest is hard when your mind is telling you that your value comes from how much you accomplish. Learn how to separate who you are from what you get done, build healthier rhythms, and rest without spending the whole time feeling guilty for sitting down.
Do you want to trust God but still feel responsible for making sure everything works out?
It is one thing to say you trust God and another thing to release the outcome when you cannot control what happens next. Learn how to recognize where fear and control are showing up, renew your mind with truth, and grow in trust one real-life decision at a time.
Do you keep falling back into ways of thinking or responding that you already know are not helping you?
Knowing better does not always mean we automatically respond differently. Learn how to recognize the thought, belief, wound, or fear that keeps pulling you back into the same response, bring that place to Jesus, and begin practicing a healthier way forward.
Do you want to become more confident in who you are and what God has called you to do?
God-confidence is not about convincing yourself that you can handle everything on your own. It grows as you become rooted in who you are in Christ, learn to recognize the lies that have shaped the way you see yourself, and live from the truth of who God is and who He says you are.
You begin to catch the lie before it takes over your whole day. You make a decision and do not feel the need to reopen it five more times. You notice fear without letting it make the choice for you. You rest without feeling like you have to earn it first, and you stop putting so much pressure on yourself to get everything right.
You also learn how to bring the places that still hurt to Jesus instead of stuffing them down or acting like they do not matter. Little by little, you begin to live from what is true instead of from old beliefs, fear, pressure, or the need to control every outcome.
That is what I want for you. Not a perfect life, and not a version of you who never struggles again. I want you to become a woman who knows how to recognize the lie, come back to truth, trust God more deeply, and move forward with greater freedom and God-confidence.
